I'm selling a paperback copy of "The Astonishing Hypothesis: The Scientific Search for the Soul" by Francis Crick, Nobel prize winning physicist and biochemist (who with James Watson discovered the structure of DNA), Touchstone (Simon & Schuster), 1995, 335 pages. Crick takes on the difficult questions that have plagued scientists, philosophers and theologians for centuries. Namely, "What is free will?", "Why and how are we concious?", "How is mind/soul connected to the physical body and brain?" The author firmly believes that science is now in possession of the knowledge and understanding to give the first attempts to answer those questions from a scientific standpoint. A fascinating read. Book is in excellent condition, w/no marks inside or out. Asking $7 + USPS media mail w/delivery confirmation.
