Well I have completed some extensive lens testing with my Canon D60 and am narrowing my lens selection down a bit. All of these lenses are in decent shape and are quite usable. No lens caps unless pictured. In a lot of cases, my choice was to keep a good T-mount lens over an equally good M42 mount lens. In a few cases, I ended up with two identical lenses, and some just weren't as good as the others in my collection. These are all M42 Pentax/Universal screw mount lenses. Adapters can be purchased for $10-$15 that will make them work with Canon FD, Canon AF (EOS), Yashica, Contax, Pentax K, Minolta, etc. Nikon adapters are available, but need a relay lens to reach infinity focus and cost around $100. These are easily adaptable to most CCD cameras and are perfect for use with starlight express cameras.
This lens is a Pentacon f/1.8 50mm. It needs to be taken apart and cleaned and have the spring for the lens iris reattached to make the f-stop ring work again (currently all the way wide open). Blooms a bit at f/1.8 (see image) but is a mighty fast lens with a good field of view. If you can take a lens apart, you will probably have a nice lens with a little TLC. On the other hand, if you are ready to do some supernova hunting with you CCD, this would be a great choice just like it is. Either way, it is cheap. Asking $10 shipped.
1/4" CCD 7.3*
1/3" CCD 10*
1/2" CCD 14.6*
1" CCD 29.1*
I prefer Paypal or postal money orders. I have several lenses listed so check them all out.
P.S. The red fringes on the right side are from dark current in the D60.
