I am now using Adobe Photoshop 7 and no longer need this Version 5.5 (with ImageReady 2.0). Package includes Program CD (Win 98), Instructional Video CD, 390 page User Guide, 162 page User Guide Supplement and 6 page Quick Reference Card. Asking $150 including shipping.
In response to several inquiries, this software (version 5.5) was removed in its entirety from my computer before I installed the new, factory sealed version 7, and was never installed any other PC. The software was registered at the time of installation, but was never upgraded or otherwise modified. I have never used the font software in the package. As far as I can tell, there is no violation of the license agreement if it is installed on another computer not belonging to me, but upgrades via download from the Adobe website are probably not possible. I never downloaded updates, and I didn't find that to be a problem.
Here is the relevant section of the license agreement:
"You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the Software to another person or legal entity provided (1) that you transfer this Agreement, the Software, including all copies, updates and prior versions and all copies of font software converted into other formats, to such person or entity, (2) that you retain no copies, including copies stored on a computer, and (3) that the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement."
Sorry for the misunderstanding implied by the previous post.
