Please read this very carefully... I don't own a pawn shop. I live in ----- ------ ---- Utah and I'm a Nurse Assistant at the University of Utah Hospital.
---- has a fantastic a u c t i o n going on and I have placed a substantial bid and will continue to bid on the items in question until I win them. I am bidding on them with the intent of selling them in order to purchase an LX200 mount. I didn't see anything wrong with placing an ad selling items that I will soon have in my possession. As a matter of fact the individual who is auctioning the items will ship for $50.00...what a bargain. I figured I'd have him ship the items directly to the person who purchases the items from me. . It's kinda like you buying a scope from someone on your site and then turning around and selling it. Occasionally there is someone out there who sells items rather inexpensively because they simply don't know the value of what they have...I was simply taking advantage of that opportunity. Now suppose it's the 19th...the day the auction ends...I am the winner. On that very same day...knowing the items are being shipped , I place an ad on your site. Somebody recognizes the items from ---- and emails you and reports as such. You, on the 19th ban me from your site on the word of individuals who saw my items on ---- that I purchased from some guy who owns a pawn shop in tem buck too...wouldn't you say that was unfair to me. All I did Herb is place an ad on items that will be the owner of on the 19th, allowing potential buyers an opportunity to see my items and purchase them and have them shipped directily to them from the guy I purchased them from in the first place...I know it's a little confusing, but hey... ------does it all the time...they sale items to shops and the shops sell them to purchasers in advance and have -------- ship them direct. What is the Difference! Believe me...this is very frustrating...
