Tubes are made by using modern european CNC mashines , coming with retractable dewcap, 2.7" smooth rack and pinion focuser, 50 mm illuminated finderscope, set of tuberings, lightweight design. The lenses are designed to be photovisual corrected for 4 crossings, using 4-elements in front compensationcell ( 2 airspacings, 1 oilspacing).All 4 air-to glas surfaces are high quality hard multicoated. Each Optics are beeing delivered with a Twymann interferometrical Testreport showing a minimum strehl of 96% at 532 nm.
Be informed that this lenses have nothing to do with the old Silverstar lenses, excapt the optical layout, anything else ( lenses , polishing, cells) are beeing made by an large proffesionel optical company to tight tolerances. Each Optics is covered by APM with a full 1 year warrantee. Withhin this time any possible necassary service is beeing made free of charge for the first owner, this includes also any possible shipping cost.
All Tubeparts are made completly from high quality european aluminium. Tubecolors are white ( tube and dewshield) and black anadized ( focuser and connecting parts)
