Wanted: Who decides who is a dealer on AstroMart?

Up to this point deciding who is actually a dealer and who is just an avid user of AstroMart has fallen on my shoulders. That is about to change.
I have contacted several AstroMart users and may contact a few more to serve as the determining body as to who is and who is not a dealer.
AstroMart is free to the amateur astronomy community and will continue to be. It is not meant to be a free venue for people that sole purpose is to trade for profit. The group will determine based on ads placed (this is not limited to the total number of ads) if a person fits the definition of a dealer. I will not have a vote on this group. Their decision will be final after the person is contacted. Users that are known dealers with web sites will still be handled by me.
AstroMart is and has always been funded by advertising dollars and not by charging amateur astronomers a fee per ad.
The Terms of Service will be updated with the language as it relates to the "group" in the near future and I will post an ad on the classifieds to make you aware of the changes.
These changes will have no effect on over 99% of the current users of AstroMart.

Thank you
