6.7 acres Bortle 1 skies 4000 feet east Dark Skies New Mexico

We have decided to sell our 8 acres (really 6.7 because of easements) in the Rancho Hildago development because we will not be able to move there due to family reasons.  We have already done some roadwork to gain access to our property off of Pratt Road and includes an RV pad we have used on the Southwest end of the property where it is flat and suitable for building, but is overgrown due to lack of use over 8 years.  Also the entrance apron leading from Pratt road onto this dirt access has deteriorated due to erosion and will have to be regraded.  The development has strong light restrictions and prohibits electrical poles so other landowners in the development use solar to power their homes and observatories.  There is no functioning HOA and there are no fees to be paid.  This property is on the western end of the development and our only neighbor is a small working ranch to our north.  Our address is 14 Plutopath and includes lots 14 and 15 in Hidalgo county.  We had debated about putting up a remote observatory but decided that as we live in Ohio this would not be practical or wise to do, although there is a person in the area who can be used in an emergency.  Buyer would be responsible for all legal and transfer fees as we have taken a shellacking with this investment.
