Anybody familir with this device?
I picked this up for a song and dance with the intention of cracking it open for parts and the CCD chips. It's old but seems to work ok. It's an odd camera that I suspect cost pleanty of dough when purchased new. It use's a TV camera that is mounted atop the video camera itself and focus's through a high quality Fuginon TV.Z 1:2/14-70 (H5X14) lens thats mounted on to a mechanical lens mount. I assume it use's a monitor because all the connecters came with. This camera does not use VCR recordable tapes. that is to say VCR tapes do not plug into the device. recording is done with a seperate device. This is a portable unit that comes in it's own suitcase.
If anyone is familir with such a camera I'd certainly appreciate a heads up. I can find little information on it. AND if your intrested I'm sure we can come up with a price one can live with.
