Advanced Telescope Systems Portable Pier

I am selling this ATS 8" diameter 54" long closed height tripod/pier system as I have gone to a bolt to the floor pier in my observatory. This is a used pier that I purchased 3 years ago to hold a telescope inside my roll off roof observatory. It is some cosmetic blemishes but is fully functional and and in very good condition. It has a top plate but I do not know what mount it is for. 

I can ship if buyer pays shipping or I will meet up within a certain driving distance that is negotiable. Continental US inquiries only.
