I used these components with my 10" GSO RC. I sold the 10" RC and moved to a 14" RC with a William Optics reducer setup, so I no longer need these parts.
TSRCRED Reducer
- Very clean condition
- No scratches, damage, or flaws in the optics
- Placed flocking materials to prevent reflection
TS M117 3" Rack-and-Pinion Focuser
- Shows heavy signs of use, including numerous cosmetic scratches
- Fully functional with no mechanical issues
- Rotation remains very smooth
- One adjustment knob is missing after years of use with an EAF, but this does not affect operation, especially when using an electronic focuser
- Placed flocking materials to prevent reflection
Wanderer M68 Rotator V1 with RC2508 Adapter
- Fully functional with no issues
- The RC2508 adapter allows the TSRCRED to attach directly to the focuser without using unnecessary backfocus
Backfocus Information
The TSRCRED has approximately 82 mm of backfocus when all removable adapters are taken off. The Wanderer rotator and RC2508 adapter use approximately 12 mm, leaving about 70 mm of available backfocus measured from the telescope-side M68 thread of the rotator.
When my 10" RC was properly collimated, this reducer setup produced round stars all the way to the corners of a full-frame sensor.
