This classic Vixen FL80S is one of the finest small doublet APO around, using a KzF5+CaF2 design.
For a scope of this vintage (1980's), it has surprisingly clean optics (minor dust and dew spots/cleaning marks), and the mating element appears to be multi-coated. There is no haze, mold or any sign of optical/coating deterioration. This scope delivers views as good as any other Vixen FL80S I have looked through.
The OTA has some paint chips or scuff marks, but no dents or major scratch. Cosmetically it is very clean and nice.
Comes with front cap and tube rings but no finder. The focuser action is smooth and has a 1.25" EP holder.
FL80S OTA only $738.00
FL80S w/Porta Mount & Tripod $838.00
