I've gone completely remote, so I need to sell my prized collection of telescopes I have at home in Denver since, well, I have no mount.
First to go will be my top 2 prized scopes. The TOA-130 (this add) and AP-130 EDFS (will be placing an add soon. I used these in a side-by-side setup for imaging and they produced together some amazing images, both with incomparable optics even with the tiny-pixeled full frame IMX485 cameras.
The TOA-130NS is the newest optical formula w/ two FPL-53 elements and includes default accessories, the weight ring for balancing, a green laser finder and the original triple box. I'd like to get $3975 - buyer pays shipping. Local pickup in the Denver area welcome!
If you purchase the scope, I will sell the 645 flattener 0.99x, including M74 23mm extender w/ M54 reducer and M/M M54 adapter plus an M74 2" 52mm extender for an additional $390. The 645 is simply superb, easily covering a full frame small pixel sensor with pinpoints corner to corner.
Also will sell the Rouz rings with top and bottom Losmandy dovetails for $225 in addition to the scope
If you purchase everything above, I will sell for $4550
I did image with the default focuser with a Zwo EAF after I removed the Moonlite WR35 for another project and it worked well. But I also have the full Moonlite WR35 setup for this scope, including the set of extender rings, the TOA-130 adapter and extra flange, adapter for the 645 flattener as well as 2" eyepiece adapter if you want to use visually. This is absolutely solid as a rock and incredibly accurate focuser and rotator. Just threads right on the scope in a minute. Asking $2000
If you want everything, I'd like $6500.
The OTA just has a few very minor paint blemishes (shown) from normal use. The optics are quite clean with just minor dust. The only thing of note is that there's a tiny white piece of debris (styrofoam?) nestled in front of one of the baffles inside (shown in pic). It does not impinge on the light path at all and has not moved in years. Also, I've dropped the lens cap a few times while removing it and it has some scrapes on the edges (shown), but still fits properly and stays put.
