I have a Sky Trekker 400 Wheeley Bar conveyance for 14" to 16" Dobs for sale. It is in like new condition and moves my 16" Lightbridge Dob with ease. It is equipped with 3 leveling screws and air filled tires for a smooth ride. I can not ship it, but would be agreeable to meeting someone in the Southern California area half way.
