Orion SkyQuest XT8 + Extras $425 <<SOLD>>

I am selling an Orion SkyQuest XT8 Dobsonian to fund other equipment. This scope is in excellent shape - less than 6 months old. Here is what is included:
* XT8 (1200mm F/L f5.9) with dobsonian base
* 6x30 finder scope (not currently mounted on tube)
* Orion XT8 padded case for OTA
* Orion collimating eyepiece
* ScopeStuff accessory rail (part #MR90) 13.5" long
* Upgraded anodized aluminum focuser knobs
* 12v fan on mirror cell
* Flocking paper around primary and across from focuser
* Replaced all nylon bearing pads with virgin teflon
* Telrad included
Given the size/weight of this package I would prefer a sale in the metro Phoenix area, but I would be willing to ship if buyer agrees to pay for actual costs of packaging and insured shipping.
The retail cost of all items in this deal is almost $700, but I will sell all for only $425 plus actual packing/shipping costs.
The scope alone retails for $479...
I also have a heavy-duty base that I will sell for $50 (pick-up only).
