Celestron NexStar Evolution 8 HD Telescope with StarSense (Model #12096). Complete factory package including the EdgeHD optical tube assembly, Evolution GoTo mount with integrated lithium-ion battery, StarSense AutoAlign module, hand control, diagonal, eyepieces, and heavy-duty tripod. Purchased directly from Celestron in late 2024. The optics are pristine, and the setup has been kept in a clean, smoke-free environment.
Condition & Service History:
Optics & Cosmetic: Like New. Glass is clear, coatings are spotless, and the tube/tripod show minimal to no cosmetic wear.
Factory Serviced Mount: Early in ownership, the mount's drive motor stopped working. I sent the mount back to Celestron, where it was professionally serviced under warranty by Celestron technicians; operating flawlessly after repair.
Packaging: Includes all original factory boxes, foam inserts, and packaging materials for safe transport or shipping.
