I am selling my Celestron 6SE NexStar Evolution computerized telescope, complete with optical tube, tripod/base, hand controller, a full set of accessories, filters, eyepieces and lenses.
From Celestron: The 6SE’s six-inch primary mirror packs enough light-gathering ability to observe the best that the solar system has to offer: Cassini’s Division in Saturn’s rings, the cloud bands on Jupiter, and geographic features on the surface of the Moon. When it comes to deep sky objects, take your 6SE to a dark-sky site and you’ll see hundreds of pinpoint stars in the Hercules Globular Cluster, the spiral arms of the Whirlpool Galaxy, and more.
Included as filters, eyepieces and lenses are:
(1) Celestron Star Diagonal 1.25”
(2) Celestron 8-24 mm Zoom eyepiece 1.25”
(3) Celestron X-Cel LX Barlow lens 1.25”
(4) Celestron PLOSSL 40 mm eyepiece 1.25”
(5) Celestron PLOSSL 13 mm eyepiece 1.25”
(6) Celestron Moon filter 1.25”
(7) Four color filters (red, blue, yellow, green) 1.25”
Sale will include three Celestron carrying bags for tripod/base, optical tube, and lenses/eyepieces/filters.
The telescope works well and I have enjoyed it for the last three years. It is in perfect condition and lightly used, but I am now at a point where I need to get a less technical scope to use with our two 8-year-old grandsons. It would make a great gift!
