For Sale: a three month old Celestron Nexstar 8se with the accessory eyepiece, barlow and filter kit; and a Celestron Dew Shield.
I am new to astronomy and bought this but now I have arpeture fever and am moving up to an 11 inch.
It has seen the night sky six times since June and the views are breathtaking. It came shipped with perfect collimation. I have not touched nor cleaned the secondary mirror.
You can tell it was made by Celestron this year because the 8se only began shipping with the Fastar capability in February (per Cloudynights).
As you can see from the pics, the scope ships in the original box and internal boxes; this includes all manuals, software and cables in mint condition.
The purchaser also gets the much needed Celestron eyepiece/filter/barlow accessory kit. Plus a mint condition CelestronDew shield.
If you're interested I will also include an unused Mint condition Celestron 6.3 focal reducer in it's orignal box and packaging for an extra 80 dollars.
The buyer pays for shipping, but I am willing to drive a hundred miles if you prefer to pick it up after receiving your payment.
I will do Paypal if you're willing to pay the 3 percent.
Thanks for looking...
