Up for sale is a Sharpstar SCA260 Aspherical Cassegrain. This great scope has a 1300mm focal length, 260mm (10.23") aperture, and fast f/5 focal ratio.
The primary mirror is a low expansion Pyrex-like PZ33 glass, the focuser is a 3" with 360° rotator. This scope provides a flat-field with a huge 80mm image circle, easily handling any camera even medium format. It also has 3 fans for circulation. Also included is an observatory-grade Deep Sky Dad flats panel which opens/closes sideways so it does not count against your swing diameter when sizing for an observatory pier.
I am the original owner, scope is about 1 1/2 yrs old and has spent its entire life in a remote observatory.
Focuser, Powerbox, and miniPC are not included in this sale.
Feel free to ask any questions.....thanks!!!
