Meade LX200 10" - Excellent Condition with Upgrades - *Price Reduced*

Selling barely used Meade LX200-10 Telescope (10” LX200GPS) in complete working condition. Well-known telescope with strong optics and tracking. The scope powers on and performs all functions with smooth motor function.

I also include the Meade 10 SCT Aluminum Dew Shield and wheelbarrow style JMI case with foam-lined interiors, pneumatic wheels, and latches for secure transport.

Functionality:

• Scope powers on, tracks, and responds to hand controller movement. Motors run smoothly.
• Fully working hand controller (including the LCD display) and successfully moves the scope (up/down/left/right)

History:

• I am the 2nd owner, purchased the scope in 2010, and it pretty much stayed in the case in the basement. I found better usage through my other lighter scopes.
• The previous owner has the SCT Micro Feather Touch Focuser professionally installed (see image), and the tripod has also been upgraded with Peterson Mounting Assistant guides (see image).

• Excellent Optics with immaculate condition mirror assembly.
• There are some minor dings on the Primary mirror metal cover (see first image). No dings or damage on the OTA
• Normal cosmetic wear for its age
