Meade 6" ACF SCT OTA - Reduced!

Reluctantly selling this great "little" scope. I bought it used about 2 years ago and have been impressed from day one.  The views are crisp and clear to the edge of the feild of view and it delivers a suprising amount of contrast viewing planets.  It can handle 250x without a hiccup. A 56mm plossl yeilds a spectacular wide feild at 27x. All coma free and no false color.  Weighing in at only 11-12 lbs this scope is probably the largest aperture grab-and-go scope you can find. 

Optically, this scope is in excellent condition. Cosmetically, there are only a couple of small things to note. First, there is a small paint chip (see photo) on the inside of the front trim ring.  The trim ring is not bent or dinged. It was like this when I received it.  Second, there are some light "scuffs" on the blue tube. These too, were present when I received it.

Also, please note,  the Eclips CCD module is attached but does not function unless connected to a Light Switch mount.

Meade does not offer these as a stand alone ota and you don't see them posted here often.
