Note the original paper factory wrap, which you will remove exposing a pristine scope. The first two pics are Celestron's. I purchased this new, curious about the new computer drive, I tested it fine, went back in the case for the rest of its life. I just tested the motors which work fine. Starbrite Coatings immaculate.
This is the original model, was silver grey and had a nondemountable tube. It is not the later SE or Evolution and is priced accordingly. It has the same top drawer optical quality star test though and is a bargain. The handcontroller display is bright during daytime.
