Celestron Nexstar 8SE optical tube complete and very clean

This is a 2015-ish Celestron Nexstar 8SE ota and comes complete with the front dust cover, 1.25" visual back adapter, Celestron red dot finder with fresh 3v battery, Celestron 1.25" multicoated 90-deg prism diagonal with original box, and the original mounting dovetail plate.
If you opt to not want the finder or diagonal, or both, I will reduce the price a little for ya.
I LOVE these 8SE models for quite a few reasons: the multicoatings are more advanced over the earlier Starbright coatings, they have undergone far better quality control and, hence they are far less prone to coming to you with optical defects. The dovetail plate means you can immediately unmount this from your Nexstar robotic mount and put it on your Vixen Great Polaris or Great Polaris DX, or hey, an Orion Atlas, Orion Sirius, an iOptron eq, or??? So easy when you do not have to de-fork and then find a working set of hinged rings!
Also, the paint is more robust and the focusers in these are extremely smooth.
Cosmetics are virtually mint on all of the optica tube and front cover. The mirrors are very excellent with zero issues and NO need to clean or collimate at this time. The front-face of the corrector has accumulated some dust and I rate it in excellent overall condition. If cleaned carefully, it would be in very excellent condition, but it is HARDLY necessary to do that right now. Its optics are perfect as far as I'm concerned in my nitpickyiness and cleaning is always a risk at that.
The diagonal is in mint condition inside and out and the red dot finder is very excellent with a perfect-working, glowing dot. The projection glass is in very excellent condition.
My favorite visuals in this 8SE are always, well, the Moon at half phase with a set of high-end Japanese plossls, and I never tire of Jupiter or Saturn with a handy Ultima ocular.
