Celestron Nexstar 8SE in like new condition.
I'm located in Northeastern Kentucky. Within a couple hours drive from Lexington/Lousiville KY, Cincinnati/Columbus OH, and most all of WV. I'm strongly preferable to a local cash sale. Not really interested in the hassle, expense, and risk of shipping - but may consider doing so.
I purchased this thinking that I'd enjoy a more high tech go-to scope. It is certainly easy to set up and use. But I've never really had any problems finding things, and found myself prefering my simpler alt-az mounted scopes.
I've only used this scope on my back porch about ten times. All is perfect and I've still got the original boxes. If you want to disassemble everything and repack it as a gift, you wouldn't be able to distinguish this from a brand new scope. Just selling to fund other goodies.
This is a wonderful scope. If you are nearby and can pick it up, let's do business! Save yourself a substantial sum off the cost of buying a new one.
