After 2.5 years I have decided to upgrade, with that I am selling my EdgeHD 8" OTA with some extras.
The optics on this EdgeHD OTA has always been a favorite at outreach events providing crisp sharp images.
The stock focuser has been replaced with a feather touch 10:1 micro focuser model FTM-CPC8. ( the original focuser is included)
I have added a Celestron #94216 8" dovetail bar to the top for guidescopes etc.
Also added are Temp-est vent fans with 12v DC power cable. (original vent covers are included)
Also added are Bob's Knobs for easier collimation.
Included are the following items:
original celestron 40mm Plossl eyepiece and star diagonal and 9x50 finder scope and OTA manual.
a Celestron 15mm Plossl eyepiece
a Astrozap flexible dew shield
a Astrozap focusing mask
a Astrozap AZ-1004 Baader solar filter
as shown in one of the photos, there is some marring on the mount plate which is common. this was from the bolts on my AVX mount clamping the plate. Also there is a minimal amount of dust on the corrector plate.
The price includes UPS GND shipping to the US lower 48 states. The price also includes Paypal fees.
I can accept Paypal or a cashiers check, but if paying with cashiers check then deduct $31.00 from the price.
