Hello All,
For sale is a Celestron EdgeHD 8” OTA and other equipment related to the OTA. I am the original owner of this gear and probably used it 12 times or so for visual use but did image a few times. The OTA looks brand new, works perfectly along with the other gear, is in excellent condition and was well cared for.
I have the original Celestron documentation for the OTA – documentation for the other gear can be easily located online.
Full List of Equipment for sale in this classified (to be sold together, no parting out please):
- Celestron EdgeHD 8” Optical Tube Assembly (CG5) with Celestron 9x50 Finder Scope, 40mm Plössl 1.25” Eyepiece (stock photo, but is included) and Celestron 1.25” Diagonal Mirror
- Celestron T-adapter for EdgeHD 8” OTA
- Telrad Reflex Finder with Mounting Base and 2” Riser
- AstroZap Flexible Dew Shield for EdgeHD 8” with Notch
- Farpoint Bahtinov Focus Mask for Telescopes with Dew Shield or Front-End Diameter from 7.5" to 10.5"
No low-ball offers please - the price is very fair given the condition and extras included. Local Denver-area pickup is preferred (cash or cashier's check, no personal checks) but would ship in CONUS only - buyer pays all shipping costs. PayPal 3% fee not included in selling price.
Will try to answer all questions, and provide additional photos as needed for buyer’s comfort and the assurance equipment is in great condition.
