I purchased this from Solar Scintillation Monitor from Analog Astronomical Devices for a project at our school but never used it.  Unused, it comes with everything you see in the box like you would recieve new.  Marc is super helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions.  Timing is everything and I hate I never got to put this to use.  This is from the listing I purchased it from: 

The measurement of solar scintillations has been used for several years to determine the atmospheric atmospheric turbulence on or near the ground. Such measurements are useful to know the quality of atmospheric ‘seeing’ during high-resolution solar observations.

The SSM2 is an air disturbance (seeing) analyser for the amateur astronomer observing the Sun. This device determines the seeing value in ArcSec at your respective location. He assists the amateur astronomer in his search for the best observation sites for solar observation and photography.
