Hi All, I have a 90mm (Gen 1) Coronado Solar telescope in very
good condition. This scope has an internal and a double stack external etalon system that gives Very good surface and limb detail.  One thing I really liked about the Coronado scope is that the internal etalon seemed to be on the Ha line making it easy to observe right away - just focus and adjust the external double stack by rolling the thumb screw. This scope ran neck and neck with my 100mm internal double stacked Lunt but in the end, Lunt being shorter and lighter won out. On a good day though, the surface filaments seemed to be darker and more stark than that of the 100 mm's. Those views to my eyes will probably haunt me, after I sell this scope.

The scope and case  have some dust, marks and scratches but nothing out of the ordinary for the age of this scope.

I'll go into detail of what's here and what's included.

-The internal etalon - Was tested by the last owner and said "the etalon is exactly placed at the Ha line" (tested via a hydrogen spectrum tube)

-The external etalon- The erf (an early generation 1) was scratched up so I replaced it with another one from a late generation 1 (pre Meade) and it's barrel. This erf seems to be brighter, so the overall images are brighter and is in great shape.

-The focuser - I'm supplying the scope with an older Feathertouch focuser and adapter that connects it to the scope and also the 1 1/4" Feathertouch adapter. This focuser, I believe is 1.5" long and bottoms out (in other words it can not go in all the way in). One would have to get a longer adapter or a shorter focuser. To focus I use tube slide to get close and use Feathertouch to do the final touches of focus. I will also supply an original focuser too.

-The blocking filter- The blocking filter is BF-10 with a Beloptik ITF which replace the old ITF that rusted up. The new owner should not have any issues with the ITF rusting up and with a brighter view.

-A Baader uv/ir-cut 2" filter. I Use this in the 1 1/4" adapter in the focuser (never to much protection).
-Far Point Astro 7" Universal dovetail plate Losmandy style
-Original tube clamp.
-Original Sol Ranger finder.
-Original black case (a little beat up) (works fine, though).
-A double stack adapter (just in case you wanted to double stack two external etalons.
- I will also toss in some reusable desiccant to help keep the case dry. (just put into the microwave to regenerate)

I'm looking for $3,475 and that includes shipping and insurance
