Due to changing life circumstances, I must sell my remote imaging rig. This is a turnkey, complete imaging system that is located at the Starfront Remote Observatories in Rockwood Tx, for the past 2 years. It is running great and producing beautiful data every clear night. This system is situated on a Lite Pier and the monthly hosting fee at SFRO is $199 per month.
The system consists of an Askar FRA500 f5.6 quintuplet APO refractor, with an ASI6200MM full frame mono camera. This yields a 1.55 arcsec. image scale. The mount is a ZWO AM5N, and the system is run by a Primalucelab Eagle 5S with ECCO2. Additional equipment is a ZWO EFW 7x2 filter wheel with Optolong 2" LRGB and 3nm Ha, Oiii, Sii, filters, ZWO EAF electronic focuser, ZWO OAG-L off axis guider with a ASI174mm mini guide camera, a Wanderer Astro Mini v2 rotator, a Deep Sky Dad FP1 flat panel, and a Dew Not DN03 dew heater. All necessary power and connection cables, as well as a Liebert PST5 UPS uninterruptible power supply, and a Kasa 3 port smart plug power strip. The system also includes an ASI662MC pier cam.
The transfer process is straight forward as SFRO has experience with this, and I will assist you in getting set up and transferred over.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask, a system demo via zoom can be arranged for serious buyers if a $200 refundable deposit is made. I can also provide recent light and dark frames on request.
Asking $9150.00 US. This is a greater than $6000 savings of the new purchase price of this equipment. I will consider other reasonable offers.
Please see my feedback here. You will not be disappointed with this system.
Thanks for looking!
