I have a trailer-mounted dome observatory for sale. The trailer is 14' long by 8' wide. The dome is elliptical, 10' long by 8' wide. The dome requires some structural and electrical work. The trailer is not in good enough shape be towed very far from Salt Lake City, Utah, but everything is repairable.
This dome was originally a missile tracking station used out a Dugway proving grounds. The dome is a clamshell type
I am selling the dome because I don't have the time to repair it properly and as it is constructed of metal and fiberglass, it is a small child hazard, and I have a new 2-year old.
Terms:
Asking 200.00
You are responsible to move the dome. If you live an appreciable distance from SLC, be prepared to have the trailer transported, not just towed behind your rig.
