For sale is my clean Celestron Advanced VX (AVX) equatorial mount head only (no hand controller, no tripod) in excellent working and cosmetic condition. Solid 30 lb payload computerized GoTo mount — perfect match for my 9.25" XLT SCT (also for sale) or similar scopes.
Key upgrades & inclusions:
ADM Like Dual Series saddle — accepts both Losmandy D / CGE-style AND Vixen dovetails (major upgrade over stock Vixen-only saddle)
ADM azimuth adjustment knobs — large ergonomic orange knobs for easy, precise polar alignment
QHY PoleMaster adapter — installed and ready for electronic polar alignment
One 12 lb Celestron counterweight (plus shaft)
Mount runs perfectly: quiet motors, accurate GoTo, good PEC, all ports functional, clutches solid. Always stored indoors.
Photos show every detail — ADM like dual saddle, orange ADM azimuth upgraded knobs, QHY PoleMaster adapter area, rear ports, and the included counterweight. This setup is turnkey for anyone adding their own tripod/HC or WiFi module.
