This is a mint Takahashi EM-200 USD mount with a Takahashi solid mahogany tripod with Shimano clamps and integral tray.
Polar alignment is readily achieved with the integral polar scope. With a rated tracking accuracy of 5 arc-seconds, the EM-200 has two 5 kg counterweights and can carry a load of 40 lbs without a problem.
Included is a Tak/ST-4 cable for guided astrophotography.
Price reduced to $3100 plus shipping for an excellent mount. I'm trying to put up an observatory, and the $$ have to come from somewhere!
