Essentially new and unused. I bought this two years ago to be my travel rig for my camper. I have since upsized to a harmonic mount for that purpose and this has been sitting never used. Absolutely complete and is even in a waterproof Pelican style case (included in price). You pay shipping and I will cover the paypal fees.
