iOptron GEM45EC with Extras

I am selling my beloved GEM45EC. I've been very happy with this mount's performance, it turned out to be an excellent sample. When the seeing is good/great it performs amazingly. I have not detected any SDE in my images or by analyzing the guide logs. I have used this mount to carry all of my scopes up to a loaded 9.25 Edge for long exposures (and planetary) and it performs great. I am looking to sell due to my name coming up for an AP1100 last November and since then this mount hasn't seen any use. I would prefer a local or semi-local sale so that we can meet and avoid shipping and fees or buyer pays shipping. A local potential buyer is welcome to come to my house and test the mount. Disclosures:
[*]The mount does have an iPolar but it does not work. When I first got the mount it did work. But I found the software complicated and did not like the virtual star field. So I used NINA's Three Point Polar Alignment or the ASIAir's PA function exclusively and never bothered with the iPolar again. Testing it now and I can't get the PC to pick it up.
[*]There is some residue on the factory saddle from marking tape that I had placed on it with alignment points for my dovetail plate. It should come off with some Goo Gone.
[*]The GPS module is affixed to the back of the RA motor housing with Velcro to keep it secured and out of the way.
[*]There is red reflective tape around each tripod leg for visibility in the dark.
[*]Obviously the telescopes and other gear in the last three pictures are not included.
