This complete Skywatcher Heq5 mount comes with everything you need if you purchased it from a dealer. It is Belt driven and quiet and smooth. This is a great deal and since I am now using strainwave mounts I have to make room. However, you will have to pick it up. I live in Northeast Connecticut. It even comes with a storage and carry case made of metal and foam. Also you get two counter weights 15 pounds
