Custom counterweight for mounts with 1.875" shafts (Astro-Physics Mach2, AP900, AP1100, AP1150, AP1200, AP1600, Planewave Acension, Software Bisque MEII).
Dimensions: 8" OD, 2⅝" Tall
Item is first 3D printed with a hollow PETG shell with threaded lid, it is filled with lead weights, then a 2 part epoxy is poured in to fill in all the gaps and encapsulate everything. It is left to cure for a few days then it is a single solid part; the 3D printed shell doesn't have to support the weight as it is all fused as one. A 5/16" brass push pin is installed to hold the weight to the shaft without marring it. And a metal 1/4-20 knob pushes the pin. Brass threaded inserts are used to retain the knob, so all moving parts are metal on metal. No risk of rusting or paint flaking off. 1 year warranty for any issues.
