The newer stlye CG-5 with ball bearings. Relubed/deburred per astronomyboy. Includes the tripod and counterweight. I have the original box and will ship it in that if I can get it back in 
It probably has a few marks on it from trunk travel but nothing that I can think of offhand. Asking $200 +shipping.
