Up for sale is my Astro-Physics 900GTO mount in good working condition. I acquired it in 2009 as the 3rd owner and have used it over the years mostly to support astrophotography with various scopes.
Included is:
- 900GTO Equatorial Head
- CP3 Servo Control Box
- Counterweight Shaft and Safety Stop
- RPA900 Rotating Pier Adapter – useful for polar alignment
- Astro-Physics Polar Alignment Scope with Illuminated Reticle (PASILL4L)
- GTO Keypad with Keypad Protector
- Power cable with cigarette lighter adapter
- Power cable with banana-plug adapters
- Y-Cable for R.A. and Dec.
The mount and included equipment have some cosmetic blemishes that are the result of normal use. The mount is fully functional and has been a reliable performer for years.
The keypad is the older version that works with the included CP3 control box. The cable has just been replaced with a new one. Due to breakage in the lanyard holder plastic, the stock lanyard has been replaced with a nylon cord. There are some minor splits in the removable rubber keypad protector that don’t show up in the photos. The keypad is fully functional.
I am selling because I have recently upgraded to a new Astro-Physics mount.
