Up for sale is a classic, highly collectible A. Jaegers 5-inch (128mm) achromatic doublet objective lens with a fast 629mm focal length (f/5). Made in the USA. This is the legendary heavy glass doublet highly prized by the ATM community for building ultimate low-power, rich-field telescopes (RFT). Specifications:

Condition: Excellent, highly preserved condition. The glass elements are wrapped securely in original lens paper. The optical surfaces are bright and clear with no signs of cement degradation, separation, heavy clouding, or chips. Includes the original custom invoice paperwork showing matching tracking item codes.
