This is a beautiful turret in outstanding condition. There is one clear aperture insert and one insert that can hold a 2 inch filter. This turret has been unused for the past 10 years and has been out of production for at least 12 years.
This turret has an M72 thread which was used to connect it to a Takahashi scope. It appears that the original thread was a 3.25 inch 16 tpi Meade SCT thread, and a docking ring converter from 3.25” to M72 was inserted. This docking ring converter is shown in the Van Slyke Observatory page (under turrets) which is still up. The converter is screwed in tightly and would require spanner wrenches or other tools to detach.
The price is $1400 for the turret and filter inserts. I have three 2 inch to 1.25 inch adapters that were originally sold with this turret and the buyer will have the option to add these for $25 apiece. Buyer pays actual shipping cost up to $20. Venmo, Zelle, Paypal friends and family accepted; add 3% for regular Paypal.
