I bought these for my Astro-Physics AP1600GTO-AE and AP1100GTO-AE.  I paid $175 for both toward the end of 2025 ($80.00 ea. plus tax).  I have used them about 15 times or so each.  One has very minor scratches.  They both work perfectly.

I am selling because I am automating my observatory and upgrading all the electronics to be fully Wi-Fi enabled and remote accessible.  I am Asking $125 for both or $70.00 for one.  Shipping in on me CONUS only.

Under-powering astrophotography equipment is a common issue, especially with cameras and mounts. These power supplies mimic a true battery @ 13.8 Volts, not like the cheap 12-volt power supplies.  A fantastic, and cost-effective upgrade.

Below is my research findings using Enterprise-Level ChatGPT Pro.  Obviously I double-checked all the specs myself and found them to be accurate.

JESVERTY SS-30P — 13.8 V fixed, 25 A continuous (30 A peak)

Connectors: Anderson Powerpole on the front + rear ring binding posts; also USB-A/USB-C for convenience.

Continuous rating: explicitly 25 A continuous, 30 A surge at 13.8 V.

Why it’s a fit: Proper 25 A continuous, low stated ripple, and native Powerpoles—ideal for AP cabling discipline.

For powering the AP1600GTO mount, I’d pick the JESVERTY SS-30P for its 25 A continuous rating and built-in Anderson Powerpoles.

Benefits of the SS-30P:  More continuous headroom. The SS-30P is 25 A continuous / 30 A peak; It provides extra headroom over a standard 12V power supply.  This is better for cooled cameras, demanding mounts, and cold weather applications.

Ripple/noise is very fine: SS-30P boasts ≤100 mV p-p, which is perfectly acceptable for the AP1600GTO mount.

These days I only accept check, money order, cash or Venmo.  Sorry, no Cash Apps.

Thanks for looking,
