I had this Off-Axis Guider professionally built a few years ago. It is fabricated into an Astro Physics 2.7" focuser extension tube. It features an adjustable pick-off mirror and non-rotating helical focuser.
This can also be used with Astro Physics 3.5" focusers using their adapter A5012.
I no longer own a telescope to use this with and so want to find it a new home.
Price is $125 plus shipping and any PayPal fees.
Thanks for looking
