Meade Series 6000 0.8x Focal Reducer / Field Flattener for 115mm & 130mm APO (Model #661001)
Mounting Threads: M48 x 0.75
Dimensions: 3.0 x 3.1" / 76.5 x 78.5 mm
The glass is pristine and I personally have used it for a couple years on a Meade 6000 Series 115MM APO Refractor and it performed superbly.
(I will be listing the 115mm refractor sometime this weekend as well)
