This is one of Moonlite's earlier Telrad dew heaters with a
198 Ohm resistance. Runs on a 9V battery, produces 0.4 Watts.
For the really cold or dewy nights, the newer 2 Watt model may
be what you need, but this is adequate for many climates. Low
power consumption; draws about 5 milliamps. Unused.
