This is a new eyepiece with 70 degree field of view. The perfectly balanced eye relief is very forgiving in that your eye does not have to be perfectly on axis to get the full effect of the wide view. The multicoated system produces a stunning "seamless velvet black" background to the diamond bright star images. New low dispersion camera quality glass lends itself to this advanced optical design. For medium to large aperture instruments, the Konig 40 nun MK-70 is wide field perfection.
This eyepiece is in mint condition, no set screw marks. I am selling because I am spending all my observing time taking CCD pictures and need color filters.
Asking $175.00 shipped or possible trade for TeleVue 5x powermate or dichroic color filters.
