Selling a Baader Planetarium Hyperion Mark IV 8-24mm Universal Zoom eyepiece (#2454826) bought new in 2020 and never used. Box has been opened but the eyepiece itself is in pristine condition. Includes the matching A-Mark IV spotting scope nosepiece adapter (1.25") for use on spotting scopes.
The Hyperion Zoom is widely regarded as the best zoom eyepiece in its price range. Click-stop action at 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, and 24mm. Includes both 1.25" and 2" nosepieces. Excellent eye relief, sharp views across the zoom range. Pairs well with any SCT, refractor, or large-aperture scope.
Originally purchased for use with a Celestron NexStar 8SE but never made it into rotation. Stored indoors in original box.
