This is Questar part number 19370 purchased
on 1/6/98, "counterweight".
Current price is $95.
I'd like $50, postal shipping included.
It consists of 2 pieces:
1. The black part which attaches to the
the telescope eyepiece and which has
a strip of velcro.
2 A strip of plastic impregnated with
lead. This forms a loop when joined
by the velcro.
Things to note:
Some fine scratches on part 1.
The velcro on part 2 isn't all that well glued
on. A bit of adhesive (or new velcro)
would be a good idea. It's never fallen off
but still it would be a good idea.
I have no idea if this will work on any other
telescope.
