Meade Variable-Projection Camera Adapter (1.25")

As an alternate to the Basic Camera Adapter, the Variable-Projection Camera Adapter (1.25") includes a machined sliding mechanism, permitting variable projection distances during eyepiece-projection photography. Two thumbscrews lock the sliding cell in position at the desired projection distance; a third thumbscrew locks the eyepiece in position. The Variable Projection Camera Adapter avoids the need to switch to high-power eyepieces when additional projection enlargement is desired. A separable thread-in unit also permits prime focus photography. All parts are of machined aluminum and brass. The 1.25" barrel is threaded for filters. Includes T-ring adapter for Minolta 35mm cameras. $30 or best offer. E-mail me to arrange purchase.
