Custom-made case for Takahashi TSA-120, made by Calzone Case Company of Bridgeport, CT. Hard case with interior foam, telescoping handle, and casters. Original price: $1350. Asking $750 or best offer.
Mint condition, no issues. Very durable, high-quality parts throughout. I can email a PDF of the construction plans, if interested.
Interior has a foam insert for a TSA-120, and an adjacent insert with cut-outs for accessories like a finder, diagonal, handle, Telrad, etc. Case has a telescoping handle and casters for rolling. Recessed handles on all sides.
It was designed to accommodate my TSA-120 with Rouz Astro carbon fiber tube rings and both top and bottom plates (which you can see in one of the photos). It also had a small amount of extra length at the focuser end for the Tak camera angle rotator that I had attached.
Exterior dimensions: 36.5" long, 20.5" wide, 12.5" high. Weight is 52.6 lbs (with foam, no telescope or accessories).
I commissioned this case for my TSA-120, which I have since sold, so I no longer need it. It's way too big to ship, so it's available for pick-up or meet-up only. I can meet a buyer within ~3 hours of New York City.
