ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY parts and pieces bundled

Misc. stuff from a bundled purchase of mine.  Please, contact me with detailed questions, unless you know exactly what you are buying based on the pictures.  I am glad to answer what I can.  I will list what is there as best I can.  I know very little about this part of the astro hobby.  

Buyer pays shipping cost, and items are as follows: 

1. I believe the little screen is a Meade Light Switch monitor, and the electronic ep goes with it(?)
2. Two deep sky imagers.  One is marked as Meade, but the other has no name.  I suspect it is a Meade.
3. Model 12V1E Mintron or Stellacam camera.  
4. Adapter as marked in the picture.  Still in package.
5. Starry Night Blue Star in box.  
6. Adaptec SlimSCSI 1480 (this looks old, but possibly unused)

If there are cables that should be with certain things, let me know, and I will sort through what I have to verify.  Everything is in cared for condition, but it was just disorganized.  I really am not sure what goes with what.
