Wanted: Help Identifying R.A. Drive

Wanted: Help identifying which mount this R.A. drive fits. Any dealers out there reading this may be able to help by checking their stock of drives.

I bought a drive for my CG-4 mount on Astromart. The guy I bought it from told me he had it on his CG-4 mount. I was never able to get it mounted. I sold it to another guy with a CG-4 mount, and he sent it back to me because he couldn't get it mounted. I suspect the guy I bought from had a slightly different version of mount than I, but I don't know.

The box is 10" x 7" x 2.5". The front of the box says "CLOCK DRIVE for telescope equatorial mount." The back of the box says "CLOCK DRIVE, TUV, Rheinland, CE No. 9832 117-9803, Made in China." The front of the paddle controller says "8x, 2x." The back of the paddle says "EQ4."

Any help will be much appreciated. I am still looking for a buyer for this R.A. drive, as I have purchased a Dob and sold my refractor. The CG-4 mount is still for sale also. Thanks.
